Episode 1: Running Sustainable Events

In this episode, we dive into a conversation with Octavio, founder of Esperanto—a platform built on the pillars of transparency, collaboration, and responsibility, which runs restaurant pop-ups and events across Europe. Our journey together began on the dancefloor at Monument 2023, a music festival in the Norwegian forest, where Octavio was running an alternative second stage and wine bar under the Esperanto name. A few months later, we connected more deeply over our shared passion for sustainable events. We discuss the concept of a universal language, Octavio's upbringing in Cuba, and the meaningful intentions behind his project, Esperanto.
